How far in advance should I book BBQ catering?

For large events (50+ people) we recommend 2 weeks notice. For smaller gatherings of 20–35, 1 week is usually sufficient. We accommodate rush orders when available — call us.

Do you provide serving staff for catering events?

Yes. We can provide a pitmaster and server on-site for large events. For smaller orders, we deliver fully set up so you can serve yourself.

What is the minimum order for BBQ catering?

Our Backyard Pack starts at $375 and feeds 8–12 people. For groups larger than 500, contact us directly for custom pricing.

Do you cater outside of Houston?

We cater throughout Greater Houston and surrounding areas including Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, The Woodlands, Conroe, and nearby suburbs. Call for availability.
