Massive 3-bone beef plate ribs (aka dino ribs) slow-smoked over post oak for 10+ hours. The most viral cut in Texas BBQ — now shipped to your door, vacuum-sealed and ready to reheat.
Dino ribs — also called beef plate ribs or beef short ribs — are the cut that made Texas BBQ Instagram famous. They come from the plate section of the steer, 3 bones per rack, with an enormous column of beef meat covering each bone. A full rack typically weighs 5–8 lbs and looks prehistoric — hence the name.
Cooked low and slow over post oak at 250°F for 10–12 hours, dino ribs develop a deep mahogany bark on the outside while the interior fat renders completely into buttery, pull-apart beef. It's one of the most impressive cuts you can put on a table — and we ship them nationwide.

Beef dino ribs (also called beef plate ribs or beef short ribs) are massive bone-in beef ribs cut from the short plate. Each bone can weigh 1-2 lbs and is slow-smoked for a dramatic presentation.
Beef dino ribs are vacuum-sealed immediately after smoking and shipped via FedEx 2-Day refrigerated. They arrive ready to reheat and serve.
Reheat vacuum-sealed in a 325F oven for 25-35 minutes or remove from bag and wrap in foil. The low-and-slow reheat preserves the smoke ring and bark.
