All meats are vacuum-sealed immediately after smoking, then packed in food-grade insulated coolers with dry ice. We ship via 2-day priority so your order arrives cold. We ship Monday through Wednesday only to avoid weekend carrier delays.
How do I reheat smoked brisket? +
Best method: submerge the sealed vacuum bag in 155F water for 45 minutes (sous vide). Alternative: slice brisket, wrap tightly in foil with 2 tbsp beef broth, heat at 300F for 20-30 minutes. Never microwave — it dries it out.
Do you ship dino ribs (beef short ribs) nationwide? +
