How do I reheat smoked brisket? +
Best method: submerge the sealed vacuum bag in 155F water for 45 minutes (sous vide). Alternative: slice brisket, wrap tightly in foil with 2 tbsp beef broth, heat at 300F for 20-30 minutes. Never microwave — it dries it out.
